The two key principles of my practice are the provision of effective and 
affordable psychotherapy. 

In very simple terms, the approach I use aims to enhance your resilience, authenticity & self-confidence. By authenticity I mean being comfortable in your own skin and incorporating your mind, body and emotions into your life in a more balance way.

From these enhancements will flow a more vitalised existence; confidence in being able to cope with life's up and downs; and a general sense of ease - in a word, well-being.

I run a general psychotherapy practice for adults (individuals & couples). I also specialise in the special problems of artistic and gifted individuals.
